Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the ATH Radar mobile app (“the App,” “we,” “us”) handles information. In short: we do not collect, store, or sell your personal data. The App has no accounts and no analytics or advertising.

1. Information we collect

None. The App does not require an account, does not ask for personal information, and includes no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We have no servers that store information about you.

2. Data stored on your device

Your watchlist (the coins you track), your alert history, and notification preferences are stored locally on your device using the operating system’s standard local storage. This information never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us. Deleting the App removes it.

3. Third-party market data (CoinGecko)

To show live prices and charts, the App requests cryptocurrency market data directly from the CoinGecko public API. These requests are sent from your device to CoinGecko. As with any network request, your device’s IP address is visible to CoinGecko in order to deliver the response. We do not send CoinGecko any personal information about you. CoinGecko’s handling of data is governed by its own privacy policy.

4. Notifications

New-all-time-high alerts are generated locally on your device (local notifications). We operate no push-notification servers and send you no marketing messages. You can disable notifications at any time in your device’s system settings.

5. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

6. Security

Because we do not collect or store your personal data on any server, there is nothing on our side to be breached. Data kept on your device is protected by your device’s own security and encryption.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
